Refund Policy

At Baby At Ease, we work with trusted vendors to fulfill and ship our products. Because items may ship from different suppliers, return eligibility may vary depending on the vendor. Customers must contact us within [3] days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Once the return is approved and received by the vendor, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
